Search intent

For customers who want to understand the request-first payment flow.

Why Celestine uses invoice requests

Custom bracelet orders often need a quick human check: wrist size, stone availability, shipping notes, and the design snapshot.

The current MVP checkout creates an order request first. After review, the studio sends a PayPal invoice or payment link.

What happens after you submit

The flow is intentionally simple and low-pressure.

  • Submit the bracelet design and shipping details
  • The studio reviews the order and total
  • You receive a PayPal invoice or payment link
  • After payment, the order moves into making and shipping

What this does not mean

Submitting the checkout form does not instantly charge your card. It creates a request that can be reviewed.

This is also why order emails are written as payment requests rather than automatic payment confirmations.

Questions people ask

Do I pay immediately at checkout?

No. The current MVP flow requests a PayPal invoice or payment link first.

Can I ask a question before paying?

Yes. Use the order notes or contact email so details can be checked before payment.

Will automatic PayPal checkout be added later?

It can be added after the PayPal account and order flow are stable.
