Shipping & Returns

Payment First

Checkout creates a PayPal invoice request. Your bracelet is not in production until PayPal payment is confirmed. This keeps the process simple while Celestine is operating as a small independent studio.

Production Time

Most paid made-to-order bracelet requests are prepared within 3-7 business days. If a stone, size, or cord option is unavailable, we will contact you before production.

Estimated Shipping Times

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Current estimates after dispatch are:

• United States: 7-14 business days
• Canada & Europe: 10-20 business days
• Rest of world: 14-30 business days

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is estimated at $8.99, with free standard shipping on requests over $75. The final amount will be shown before PayPal payment.

Customs and Import Fees

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, or carrier charges required by their country. These charges are not controlled by Celestine.

Returns and Cancellations

You can request cancellation before production starts. Made-to-order bracelets are usually not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the confirmed request.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email celestine.studio@gmail.com with your request number, photos if relevant, and delivery details. We will review the issue with the available tracking information.
